Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy :
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Exchange Policy (No Returns) :
 We do not offer returns. We only offer exchanges under the following conditions

- Eligibility: Exchanges are only accepted for items that are received in a damaged or defective condition.

- Timeline: Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

- Requirement: Proof of damage (an unboxing video or clear photos) is mandatory for exchange approval.
- Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Exchange Process: 

- Once your exchange request is approved, the Exchange product will be dispatched within 2–3 business days after we receive and inspect the damaged item.

- Typically, the Exchange Product will be delivered within 7–10 business days depending on your location.
